Dein Profil

Deine Ausbildung ist nicht maßgeblich, aber Du konntest bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen in einer ähnlichen Funktion sammeln.
Du brennst für den Vertrieb und bist motiviert für die Neukundengewinnung.
Du bist ehrgeizig und hast eine hohe Eigenmotivation.
Du bist kontakt- und kommunikationsstark und bist es gewohnt, strukturiert zu arbeiten, insbesondere mit Hilfe von CRM Tools (idealerweise Salesforce).
Du bist sicher in der deutschen und englischen Sprache.
Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Social Media und verstehst die Relevanz für Unternehmen.

Dein Team

In unserem Conversion Bereich arbeiten bis zu 30 Vertriebs- und Produkt-Experten jeden Tag mit Leidenschaft daran, neue Kunden für Facelift zu gewinnen. Die Sales Development Representatives bilden dabei unsere Speerspitze und sind das erste Gesicht zum Kunden. Sie ermitteln den Bedarf und vereinbaren Workshop-Termine für unsere Account Executives. Sie sind die Vertriebsprofis, die durch Kontinuität und Ausdauer überzeugen und mit dem richtigen Lösungsansatz potenzielle Kunden zu Neukunden machen. Die Product Experts komplettieren das Team. Sie unterstützen unsere Teams nicht nur intern, sondern auch jeden potentiellen Kunden dabei mit Facelift die beste Lösung für ihren individuellen Bedarf zu finden.

Your job

You research and qualify leads and record all data in our global CRM system.
You activate contacts at well-known international companies in the DACH region and inspire them for a free and individual product consultation through Facelift.
Your goal is to build sustainable relationships with potential new customers and support Facelift's continued success.
You organize your daily work independently and are responsible for measurable results.

Your profile

Your education is not essential, but you have already been able to gain some practical experience in a similar role.
You are passionate about sales and motivated to acquire new customers.
You are ambitious and have a high level of self-motivation.
You have strong contact and communication skills and are used to working in a structured way, especially with the help of CRM tools (ideally Salesforce).
You are confident in the German and English language.
You have a good understanding of social media and understand its relevance for businesses.

Your team

Up to 30 Sales and Product Experts work passionately every day to win new customers for Facelift. The Sales Development Representatives are our sparring partners and are the first contact to potential new customers. They identify needs and arrange workshop appointments for our Account Executives. They are the sales professionals who convince through continuity and endurance and turn potential customers into new customers with the best solution approach. The Product Experts complete the team. They support our teams not only internally, but also every potential customer in finding the best solution for their individual needs with Facelift. What we all have in common, is to focus on a good teamwork and to become even more successful through support and challenge.
